  • SANCTIONS : In parallel of our Bonus policy, IQIS set up strict operation rules with immediate sanction in case of any breach.
  • STABLE & FAIR Our remuneration policy, is always higher than the noticed average in the concerned field of expertise & never include commission or variable salary.
  • EXPENS : Team’ s expenses are systematically refunded based on real cost. Our staff al so benefit from yearly bonus.
  • TEAM SELECTION : We are very careful during recruitment as it is essential nowadays . After an internal audit about the candidate, then training was done and after acceptation & satisfaction only, applicant is allotted for job. All auditor s and inspector s are trained annually and managed by quality control and auditing specialists to ensure compliance with international standards ISO 9000 and SA8000.
  • SKILLS AUDIT & MONITORING : Our manager s regularly travel to service sites to validate the integrity of the work performed by the technician.
  • REMOTENESS MANAGEMENT : The management is organized in a way that each team manager visits each team member at leas t one time every month and get daily connected by phone and email.
  • PHONING & MEETING : We regularly vi s it and call our supplier s to exchange views and to address the ethics of our technicians .
  • INTERGERITY : Our technicians can in no circumstances receive gift s , samples from the inspection supplier.
  • ACKNOWLEDGMENT INFORMATION : Following each service, together with the service report, an acknowledgment information sheet is signed by the concerned manufacturer.
  • PLANNING MONITORING : Our planning standard rules request team rotation and report results comparing, for a same factory, between different staff on a same period.
