PRODUCTION MONITORING

ONLINE INSPECTION

Several inspection at % of production (10 – 100%) to check and control Workmanship, Cutting / Knitting, Assembling / Linking, Quality of Accessories, Quality of the added value, Finishing, Measurement and fitting, Labelling and packaging and Corrective action program validation - Report and summary sent to applicant - Debriefing the production situation - Validation of forecast planning - Product compliance with technical files, specification book and approved items - Factory visit dpt by dpt.
FINAL INSPECTIONS
INSPECTION DETAILS :
Inspection when 100% goods is packed, AQL sampling Report and process tailored to applicant request and product Quantity and warehouse checking - Product compliancy with Technical files, specification books and approved items validation - Workmanship control, cutting/knitting, assembling / linking, Measurements - Quality of accessories, Quality of the added value, finishing, Measurement and fitting control, Packaging and labelling control, Defective pcs picking for client verification and approval.
